my bandsaw is making a sound that it was not before, it is a medium octive hum that begins when the saw gets up to speed and lasts untill the blade has slowed almost all the way. What’s wrong?

Has anything changed in the same time period ie. blade change, tension change? Is the blade fluttering? Have you run it with the blade off? Guide blocks too tight? Try to narrow the source down. Have you lubed the bearings the blade runs against?

never heard of lubing. only did a tension change, but it was souning good after that. I will do so tests and get back
tanks all. it was too much tension, thought I checked that, oops. So what was that about grease?
