I recently resurrected an old 28-200 Delta/Rockwell Bandsaw and began to clean up and refurbish. I have relaced blade guide blocks and wheel tires and mounted new saw blades but the blade is so far off the center of the table hole that the insert can’t be installed. This must be a problem with the table location but I can’t find any way to affect table alignment. Can you help? Thank you.

Loosen the Trunnions
If you loosen the bolts between the trunnions, those half circle castings that are bolted to the underside of the table, you will find that there is considerable play because the bolt holes are over sized and you can shift the table until you get the alignment you need.
Band saw setup
I am currently about 1000 miles from the saw but I did have the table off to clean and will try this as soon as I return home. It seemed to me that the adjustment that could be made was mainly fore and aft and my problem is side to side but I'll try as soon as I return. Thank you for your kind response.
