I have a Rikon 18″ 1.5HP bandsaw. It went to turn it on yesterday and it started to power cycle by itself. It runs for a few seconds, then dies, then runs for a few seconds…. etc.

I assume this means the motor needs a new capacitor, but I wanted to confirm before I go buy one.

Does anyone know what this problem is?
