I had an elderly friend pass away recently that, before he passed, asked me to put together a Bartley furniture kit, “The Newport Chest”. He had purchased the kit around the 2007/2008 time line, and he had it stored in his basement unopened. He had previously completed several kits, but due to health issues was unable to start let alone complete the “The Newport Chest” kit. When I opened the kit, there was a note in the box that stated the hardware was not included with the kit, but that it would be shipped separately at a later date. The hardware apparently never came in. Does anybody have any idea where the hardware for these kits came from since Bartley is no longer in business?

The hardware that's shown in the picture is very common, and available from any decent hardware seller. Try Horton Brasses, Ball and Ball, Whitechapwl, etc.
It's also completely wrong for that piece of furniture. No Newport 4 drawer chest had those pulls. It's easy enough to find much more appropriate hardware.
If you'll be selling the kit, you're probably better off just telling the buyer there is no hardware, and letting them choose their own. It's a better option than you purchasing bad hardware and passing on the cost.
Thanks for the reply. I know that it looks to be pretty common hardware, but I was just curious if I could go directly to the source that used to supply the Bartley kits. I'm not looking to sell the kit. I want to complete it for his wife to add to their extensive collection of Bartley furniture that my friend had already completed.
