Lee Valley has what you want. http://www.leevalley.com/hardware/page.asp?SID=&ccurrency=2&page=40028&category=3,43732
Hope that helps.

I am in the process of replacing the bearings in my Shermag glider. Actually, the bolts that go through the bearings all bent, causing a lot of noise when you use the glider. I found this:

I bought the bearings from a sports store, and the bolts from lowes. The only thing that they didn't talk about is how to attach the bolts to the glider itself. You first need to use a nut to hold the bolt in the bearing (as shown). The problem is, when you place the bearing in the glider, you no longer have anything to tighten the second bolt with. To solve this, I plan to solder the first nut to the bolt. This way, when you go to tighten the second nut, you can use the first nut as the anchor. The other thing that is missing, is you might need some washers to get the same clearence.
If I was making the glider myself, I would actually think about using this method, as the bearings seem to be rock solid. The issue with the hardware listed above, is they look kind of cheesy, where as these types, would look a lot better as the post could be made of wood.
