   Didn't Dennis get one last fall at the WWing show.  Do a search that goes back that far.  I seem to remember him posting several pictures and providing his $.02

      FG is correct. Dennis got one last year at the Seattle WW Show. He posted pics in the particular thread. Hopefully he will see this an post. I'm pretty sure he likes it.

   I saw your name listed over at the Just Woodworking site.

   I tried to subscribe and their computer wouldn't take me.

   I tried to call their phone number and was told it didn't work.

   I emailed them and so far haven't heard back.

   If you come up with another phone number for them (not the one listed

   in their contact them spot) let me know.

   I know I'm no computer wiz, but this is rediculous.

      Tried to register at 1:15 AM EST. Told me nickname Sarge was eroneous. ha..ha.. Well, guess I'll get some eroneous sleep as I gotta get up at 9 AM.    Take a look at the Delta 6inch belt, 12 inch disc. I bought one last year after doing a fair amount of research and actually going to see one (that really made a difference). The machine is quite hefty and comes with a very good stand. I'm not a fan of Delta products, but this is one good tool. My second choice was the two-speed Grizzly, but I couldn't find anybody close who had one and I've since seen some unfavorable comments about the product line which caused me to look a little more. The Delta ain't cheap, but it's a workhorse and a well thought out design, easy to use and maintain. Heavy.

   Jim,

     Thanks so much for your input. I've seen the Delta you mentioned and I'm sure it's a very good machine. I have several Delta machines and am quite pleased with them all. If money was not an issue that's the one I'd really like to have. But, you know, things have tightened up since I purchased most of my (now aging) equipment. So I'm afraid I must settle for what I can afford. Thanks again!
