You can contact PC parts and service at1-888-848-5175 ,they offered to rebuild my random orbit sander for 39 dollars. I went to their web site  under Parts List, typed in the model #s of 6 broken tools and picked out all the parts I needed from the blown up drawings. Its cheaper and a hell of a lot of fun repairing the tools yourself. You might have a problem with such an old tool though.
