   I think what you describe is a Hall Butler.    This piece of furniture usually has a mirror on the back, coat hooks, and a storage bench.

   Heading back to the Aulde Country next weekend, Don. I haven't been absent from this forum at all. You must just not have opened the threads in which I've posted.

   I remain, as ever, irascible, pointed, and obnoxious, ha, ha. And I'm still a night owl, too, as you can see by the timing of this post from Houston, but in a few weeks when I'm posting from the UK, you'll have to get your calculator out to work out the five hour time difference from US east coast time, ha, ha.
