I use the disk sander on my beltsander combo.

A 240 grit disk gets everything very sharp in a couple of seconds. You cannot burn a HSS blade, so finer disks are viable.

Good advice. I also use my belt sander with worn 120 grit. Tage Fridg (sp) video was where I first saw this method. It works great and dissipates heat .
A belt sander is a great choice it spins slow enough for a great edge I use 120 grit. A grinder goes to fast and can burn your chisle very fast if you don't have a jig
