Best joinery/method for plywood corners?
I’m interested in building a cart to hold my DeWalt planer with 3/4″ birch plywood.
Solid maple corners with biscuits is what I’ve been using.
Is there an easier method to build the plywood cart using hardwood corners? Yes, there are special miter bits for plywood, but I think hardwood corner protects the plywood a lot better.
Thanks, Gary

Webdesigner,
Why corners? aren't you going to use the space under the top for shelves, drawers, etc.....I put a couple of shallow drawers and the rest of the space houses my miter saw...which can be exchanged with the planer. I used face frames.
Thanks for your reply BG.Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear. The back of the cabinet where the sides and back panel meet, I've been edging the side panels with maple and joining them with biscuits to the back panel. Of course the front will be open, probably will put in drawers and doors.
Is there another method to joining the two back corners? Faster, better, etc?Let me know. thanks
Marc Sommerfeld has an off center T&G set that works really well for what you do (if I understand correctly). I recommend his video 'Cabinetmaking Made Easy'. It's an informercial but it's cheap (9.95) and informative. He uses pocket screws too.
