Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else has ordered this DVD and had problems with delivery? I ordered this 5 weeks ago and waited as it was Christmas and the mail is a problem. I have e-mailed Taunton Press 3 times but am yet to receive any reply bar the automatic reply that they have got the e-mail and a full reply would be forthcoming within 48hours.
The only other e-mail I received from them was to “Dear Valued Customer” hoping I was enjoying my DVD and due to customer feedback an updated version would be sent out to me free at the end of February. So is there a problem with the DVD ergo the delay in shipping it?
I wonder if anyone from Taunton Press reads this forum and can be bothered to give me a reply? Here’s to waiting with bated breath.

Hi Geoff,
Yes, there is a problem with the new DVD. If you already have one, a new one is being shipped out to replace that one. If you ordered one recently, they are producing the new DVD's now and will ship you the new copy out as soon as it is ready. There was a discussion recently here at knots about the issues with the dvd and a response by the editor saying shipping had been stopped while they fixed the problem and then they will be re-shipping everyone that bought it a new version.

Lee, what a guy! to know the answer to that one. I'm quite disappointed that Taunton couldn't generate a canned email to send people explaining the delay. On the subscription side, I've always had exceptional service from them. Too bad it doesn't extend to the department that's handling the DVD's.forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
I think like a lot of companies Taunton's is a good company but the whole Computer thing is a bit new to them and they are having trouble because they dont have it all worked out or dont have the peaple they need where they need them. I think this is a least part of what caused the issue with the CD to begin with. That being said they are trying as witnessed with the new CD and this forum.
