If it's cracking after being turned, it wasn't dry enough. Nothing will keep it from cracking.
Dry it more thoroughly before trying to use it.
Short answer to your question is Anchorseal.
Longer answer is that when it comes to turning green wood there are two common approaches. Rough turn to a fairly substantial wall thickness and seal with Anchorseal or a similar product, wait a year or two for it to dry, and turn to final thickness once dry. Second approach is turn green (wet, freshly cut wood) to final thickness right off the bat. The trick is you must have uniform wall thickness so everything dries at the same rate. A bowl for example will move/warp, but will not crack if done correctly.
This assumes the blank has been milled correctly and doesn’t include the pith. Lots of info out there on both green wood turning and the “two stage” method. Sorry if that’s more than you were asking for, but hope it helps!
