I’m building an entertainment center with a flat screen tv unit. I want to use 4 doors because the tv is so wide. I was thinking of building 2 bi-fold doors that also slide back once opened. I can’t seem to find any hardware for this. I would also be willing to make the track and pin myself if I could find retractable pin hardware for cabinet doors. Anyone have any ideas or know where to find this kind of hardware?

Would this do what you need: full-access bi-folds?

The doors in the photos are tri-fold pocket doors.

I used Accuride pocket hardware with Salice hinges in the corners, and Soss hinges between the doors. Because they were so wide, I provided support in the middle when the doors are closed.
