Does anyone have experience with Tersa Heads when used on a jointer? I have been looking at 12″ jointers (SAC and Laguna) and am curious if the Tersa system is as accurate as claimed for setting knives.
Also, more broadly, does anyone have experience with SAC or Griggio (they make the Laguna jointer) tools. Both are Italian made machines and seem very high quality.
Any feedback would be welcome.
TIA,
Rick

Tersa heads are fine and work exactly as stated. Perfect for people who don't want to deal with knife changing. Don't know much about SAC but Griggio is a good name. We have a Griggio slider and slot mortiser in our shop we bought at an auction. The problem with the slider is it's no longer being made and will take months to get parts from Italy so we make our own.
