To enter retirement I wish to build a 34′ sailboat (‘sailing dory’) out of plywood and epoxy/fibreglas.  I need a dry space 20′ x 40, heatable in Michigan’s winter, ideally with a floor, on a budget.  I’d donate the structure to the owner in return for renting a spot with driveway and access to electricity after I’ve finished her, probably 12-18 months.  Cheapest way to do this?
