Grizzly is having some decent sales. I upgraded to a full size 8” jointer with parallelogram tables and helical cutter for about $400ish off of usual price.
If one is looking for the Delta 46-460 midi lathe (ranked best overall by FWW and Wood Magazine) or the 18” Delta Drill press (again a FWW overall pick), Home Depot has the best prices by far. I ordered the lathe for $715 (about 25% to 30% lower than Lowe’s or Acme Tools and I badgered ACME tools and Delta several months ago about Delta lathe and the drill press Black Friday sales prices). The Home Depot price for the 18” drill press was about $1500 where as it was close to $1800 or $1900 at Lowe’s or Acme Tools.
