Hi Can anyone tell me what angle to set my tablesaw blade to rip hexagonal box sides? Any tricks to getting them to all come togather tight fitting? I plan to use tape to fold them all closed and when the glue dries cut in some cross splines. Thanks.

Assuming you want to use mitered corners, you need to set the blade at 30 degrees. When I built a hexagonal waste basket from 1/2" Walnut to go with my Wife's desk (many years ago) I cut some test pieces first to test the angle setting. I had to tweak it a bit before all the cuts resulted in the final two edges coming together properly.

Richard is exactly right. I've done considerable mitering and also compound angle joints. A Wixey digital gage is really helpful to set the table saw blade dead on.
I don't know how to guarantee accurate results, but I can speak to the geometry for your next project with a different polygon. The included angle of any regular (all sides/angles equal) polygon is (180*n-360)/n, where n is the number of sides.
(180*6-360)/6= 120 for a hexagon -->set the blade at 30 degrees as previously mentioned.
