I’m cutting my dovetails on my table saw. Altough they’re rip cuts, it seems normal rip blades might splinter the joints. ANy suggestions on better blade specs. for this use?

Place a new wood fence on the miter gauge and you'll have "zero clearance" support for the stock that will eliminate any possibility of tearout and you won't have to buy another blade.

They make a blade, called a "glue joint blade" which is essentiall a ripping blade, but half the teeth are triple bevel blaces. It produces a very smooth glue joint.

I use a rip blade and back up the cut. I've read about guys having a pair of rip blades ground to their favorite dovetail angle so they don't have to clean out the corners.John O'Connell - JKO Handcrafted Woodworking

Thanks, John. It's my intention to get a FTG blade ground this way. The question is which blade. I was thinking of a rip balde with 24 teeth but someone told me it might splinter and suggested a 30 tooth blade. Both tails and pins will have a backer board.
