Looks like you identified an error in the illustration. I need to double check with the editor then get back to you with the correct info.

Looks like you have a keen eye. The illustration shows an incorrect dimension. That piece should be 5/8 in. thick, not 7/8 in. thick. That way, when you add the 5/8 in. thick bull nose to the 1/2 in. thick cove, you get a molding that is 1 1/8 in. thick.
