I have made a bunch of kitchen cabinet doors with a decent profile on door frame. I have discivered late in the game that the standard blum recessed hole when drilled breaks thru my door profiles. Yikes. I am out of luck for using concealed hinges? Does anyone make concealed hinge that monts further from door edge? Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks, I will check them out.
As a cabinte maker I have run into this problem before so I feel your pain. The solution would be to find hinges that are made for thin doors, what this does is it allows you drill for a shallower cup, approx. 8-10mm. Because I am a business I use Hafele for all my hardware, the ones they sell are Duomatic- Thin Door Series. Blum might make something that's the equivalent. Hettich will also have this hinge as another option, these can be bought through a reseller, try a search online.
Good Luck,
