Any advice on Blum hinges? Should I use the “knock-in” or the screw on type?
The knock-in looks easier and quicker but I wonder how well they stand up to kids, hard closing, etc. Any chance the door will fall off? I anticipate using the 38N style hinge.
Thanks in advance

In my opinion, the press in type is better suited to high production factories. It saves them a lot of labor. They can also be good on doors made of composite materials that may mushroom with screws. For a few solid wood doors and no line boring equipment, I'd go with screws.
