   Making Period Furniture by Taunton has a brief discussion and I think a measured drawing. I haven't looked at it for a while, but I think you can use it as a start.

   Hank, I made a bombe chest from the plans  in fine woodworking.  The issue was many years ago and I can't find it now, but I'm sure its there.  Good luck ,Malcolm
