Can anyone tell me the me what the thicknesses are for the various mortises and tenons for the Bow Arm Morris Chair project? The plans reference all of the widths but I can’t find any indications of thickness.

Lacking dimensions, the rule of thumb for tenons is 1/3 the thickness of the material on which you’re placing the tenon. So a 3/4” piece would have a 1/4” tenon and so on.
If you want, for better glue surface on a thicker piece you could make a double tenon which is a bit more of a challenge but if you’re up to making a Morris chair I’m sure you could do that :)
I remember hearing that rule in the past, now that you mention it, but obviously had forgotten it.
Thank you for the reminder and thank you so much for the help!
The thicknesses of the tenons are given in the exploded view in the article. They all appear to be either 3/8 in., 1/2 in., or 3/4 in. thick. Lengths are 3/4 in., 1 in., or 1-1/4 in. so the corresponding mortises would generally be slightly deeper to make sure the tenon will go completely home with the no gap at the shoulders.
Thanks for the heads up on the article! I wasn't actually aware that there was an article out there. I have since looked it up and you are correct, everything I need is called out in the exploded view pdf.
Appreciate the help!
