I have been unable to find a small bowsaw blade (less than 1/4 in.) with 10-12 teeth/in. and prefferably with rip teeth. Any suggestions?

Check out "Tools for Working Wood", they sell replacement blades for their Grammercy bow saws with fine blades.

As robert says use bandsaw blades just anneal the ends where the drilling for the pin needs to go
OK dumb question-what do you use for pins if the original pinswere lost? I have a bowsaw I'd like to use at some point but I lost the pins a while ago and I haven't tried anything out to replace them.
Maybe someday I'll know a little something.
A machinist friend made the ends for me a few years ago using some tapered steel pins from the clock repair trade. They are about 5/8 long and taper to 1/16
Yea, I guess that would work, huh? Can't see the forest for the trees sometimes. Thanks for the tip.
