Gary – I watched your box joint video. Other instructions I’ve used shows cutting both boards at the same time – what is your reasoning for cutting the joints one board at a time??

Hey Woodbutc,
There is no compelling reason for my cutting one finger jointed board at a time. I think it cuts down on my chances for error should one board not be perfectly lined up with the other or should something slip in the cut. But hey I can still screw things up with this method. I just prefer with that honking dado cut to do things more slowly.
