Look in renovators supply, lee valley, etc. Go to a place like Barnes and Noble and search for magazines that deal in old house restoration and you will find a lot of sources. For an antique it probably won't be something off the shelf for true restoration. I spent some time doing metalsmith work making such things for new furniture. Some of them are cast and some are fabricated from dimensioned brass stock. Lee Valley calls them leg tips.

You might try Horton Brass, http://www.horton-brasses.com. They may have what you are looking for or you can get them to custom make what you need.
Might also try Van Dykes Restorers, http://www.vandykes.com.

I love the title you used for your thread -- knew exactly what you meant by "bracelet." The VanDyke's web site can be hard to search sometimes. Here's a link to the "Casters and Pawfeet" page. The caster cups and feet are a little over 1/2-way down.
