I made my first wood router plane last week and now I’ve made another one. The problem I’m having is finding the right brass hardware to hold and adjust the blade. I’m looking for brass knurled nuts and knurled coupling nuts. I’ve been to the hardware stores, big box and all over the web. Any of you fellers out there have any suggestions. I wouldn’t mind making a few more of these things. trying to whittle down some of my hard wood scraps.

Lots of odd brass stuff at grandbrass.com. They sell it as lamp parts.
I'd never heard of them. Thanks.
Thanks MJ. I found some of the stuff I can use.
