   I have never had a problem watching FWW videos using either my MacBook or my iPad. Works using either Firefox or Safari.

   Thanks. I did some updates to Safari and it worked. Chrome does not work so I think there is a problem with that browser compatibility. At least I can enjoy content again. Nothing like user error.

   That's odd... I use Chrome all day, every day, and I've never had any issues with brightcove compatibility.

   With safary or mozilla will work really good
