Not sure I understand the problem. Alcohol is mixable in water. It may be they dissolve the dye initially in some alcohol then mix it with water.
Is there an issue?
Howie, That was my thought also, I was just wondering if there were any advantages to that formulation.Work Safe, Count to 10 when your done for the day !!
