4 seconds into the first cut with a 3/4 wide 2/3 tooth blade it hit something and broke a tooth off. All the other teeth look great. If I grind/bend the remain material back in line with the body of the blade would that be crazy? This blade is only for tall (5″ plus) resawing. I dont yet have the capability to braze or weld blades.
What does everyone think?
Cheers

You can try. I might, or might not. I tend to treat bandsaw blades as fungible.
Only one way to know !
I'm guessing that you will never know it's missing. As gulfstar said, only one way to find out. Shouldn't do harm.
I'd do what you said. Go for it.
Have done this and it works fine. Skip-tooth blades have this profile...
I would investigate why it broke. What were you cutting?
A broken tooth should not affect your rethawing..
Perfect.
