Does anyone know of a source for plans for building a loom? I’d like to make my wife and granddaughter each a simple fixed heddle table loom. They appear fairly simple from pictures I find on the web but how exactly the heddle bar works isn’t clear. Eventually I’d like to build a nice multiple heddle bar loom, perhaps even a floor model but this will do for a start.

I think Carlyle Lynch drew up a set of plans from an old loom. His grand-daughter advertises his plans in the back of FWW. You might try there.
