I started as a cabinet maker at a mid level company about two months ago. Before that, I had been trying to wrap my head around an assembly jig for cabinets. The previous job was high end very custom stuff. This job has a lot of standards, so was easy to come up with this work station.
The main ideas of the workstation is to assemble cabinets on their sides, with parts within reach on the main staging area. Building them on the main staging area keeps lifting to a minimum. With a parts cart, parts are sorted by categories and accessible.
Here’s a video that shows the action:

You didn't dream that up in an afternoon. Very ingenious! Can't tell from the video but the casework parts don't appear to be edgebanded. Are they frameless or will face frames be added? Commercial or residential?
I tried to figure this out for a couple years. Once I had standards and five kitchens to do in a week it started to form up pretty quick. Just had to have the factory type of repetition, I guess. These are edge banded on the face, European style. It's production work, which is new to me. Before, I was working on homes in Port Royal, FL. Night and day difference. But, I like it. I like to kick out these projects and fill up the staging floor. I like to watch the installers come back at the end of the day and have them more new cabinets on the floor than they loaded up in the morning. It's different for me. So far, it's all been remodels, but we have five bunks of birch coming in tomorrow to do a 100 unit hotel in one month. Stain grade. We'll see how it goes. Looking forward to it.
