I’m looking for sources for pre-fab built in cabinets in walnut/cherry/mahogany. Any ideas?

The recent "Annual Kitchen and Bath" issue of Fine Homebuilding had a good article on KD cabinets, and listed many sources. The cab boxes can be had from one place, the fronts (doors and drawerfronts) can be had from another, and some of the suppliers offer one-stop shopping. The species you mentioned are handled by just about everyone, and selected and matched grain can be had for an upcharge. Factory-finishing is of course, available.
KD cabs come in pieces, and you do the assembly. It's easy.
are they hardwood/plywood? I'm not talking pressboard/mdf...
Why don't you give us some more detail about what you are looking for? Describe your project, where you are with design, details, and so forth. Tell us about your woodworking capabilities. Have you discussed your needs with a good salesperson at a place that sells custom cabinets? Have you made up your mind between Euro, or frameless cabs, and faceframed ones? Overlay doors and drawerfronts, or inset ones? What is your aversion to the use of composite boardstock (MDF, particleboard) in cabs? Most all the manufacturers, including the high end ones, use it for case sides, backs, and tops. Unless we are talking about foil-faced fronts, almost all fronts, and all faceframes, are made in solid wood.
jj,
Ditto what Mr. Micro said, but (and I'm not sure that this is what you're looking for) check out http://www.ecabinetsystems.com
They have free software which they will send you (only if you're a cabinetmaker, though) which is excellent. I recently got the software, and I highly recommend it. In addition to cabinet design, you can order just about anything right from the software. For example, you can order the plywood you mentioned in your post. Nice part is, the price of the ply includes milling it to your specs. I found that their prices were actually the same or lower than my usual supplier sells whole sheets for. Also, they don't have a shipping price list. You pay exactly what it costs to ship. Which could be good, or bad, I guess...
Next job that comes my way (I only do this part-time) I think I'll give them a try.
