Anyone here familiar with or use Camabara on a project?
I am looking to make a nicer than average looking picnic table. I’m tired of western red cedar, redwood is way too pricey around me and Ipe weighs to much. My wife will never be able to move it.
My mill suggested Camabara.
Any thoughts?

Pino Cambara is a great specie to use. It is really inexpensve and much more stable than IPE. You should not have any trouble finding a good supplier to get it from. It is much easier to work with and finishes fairly well.
thanks much for the input.
