Can I use kitchen cabinets to make a bathroom vanity?
I want to redecorate my shower room with the guidance of Itile Bathrooms NT, a bathroom renovation specialist in Darwin, Australia, and I would like to use kitchen cabinets to have my restroom vanity, but I don’t know if it is a good idea since I don’t know anyone who does that in their washroom.

The standard vanity height is 30 to 32" whereas a kitchen counter height is 36 ". 1 in 5 people that are 7 feet tall are in the NBA or have been. Their children however still need to be able to wash their hands! Architectural Standards aren't arbitrary they exist for a reason. It's also why you haven't seen others use kitchen cabinets in bathrooms. You say that your having this work done by professionals. I would defer decisions like this to them.
+1 on the height b/c a person has to bend over the sink.
Generally bathroom vanities are 18-20" deep.
As a professional kitchen and bath remodeled I will say that yes vanities in NA used to be standardized at 30" but it has become much more popular today to use standard kitchen 34.5 inch cabinets which provide a finished top height around 36". The 32" high cabinets, often called universal cabinets are design to meet American ADA standards but are not commonly used. Another factor to consider is the sink style. A vessel style sink bowl that sits above the top will be uncomfortable for most average users if installed on a 36" high top but is comfortable on a 30" h top. Undermount sinks on the other hand will seem quite low if installed in a 30" high top but natural in a 36" top.
As for depth vanities in the US are typically 21" deep with 18" used if space is at a premium. Kitchen cabinets are typically 24" deep but if the space is available there is nothing wrong with using them in a bath.
A +1 for this.
When we remodeled our master bathroom, we used standard kitchen cabinets for the vanity, and have never, in nearly twenty years, found it to be a problem. It is perhaps important to stress that it's a master bathroom, and thus it's very rare for youngsters to be using the sink.
This all said, I'm not that tall, nor is my wife. I'm 5'9", she's 5'8". We installed undermount (integrated, really) sinks (it's a dual-sink vanity), and I much enjoy the added depth/space.
I view the question as being similar to that of "best workbench height". There is no one answer. (FWIW, my bench's height is 32", plus or minus. But sometimes I clamp on a Moxon vise to raise up a workpiece. One gets the idea, I'm sure.)
As another FWIW bit, when we did the remodel, we considered the "universal"/ADA height of 32", but for reasons entirely unclear to me, the cost was considerably more. Hence, the kitchen-height vanity.
When I build my bathroom vanities, I built to a finished height of 36" and 23" deep. My kitchen is 39" finished height. I'm 6'6" and was sick and tired of bending over (with a bad back) to do anything. My kitchen table is also built so I can easily fit my legs/knees under the table without hitting my knees. For short people, we offer them a booster seat.
Why not? In my opinion, the cabinets don't differ much from each other. In any case, you can always change the color or something else.
Typical depth of Vanities are shorter to preserve room and has more to do with space and storage requirements. If you have the room go for it. Keep in mind that there is usually a mirror that needs cleaning and the "reach" for the top of the mirror can challenge some folks with a "deeper" cabinet. Good luck to you.
