Does anyone use an alternative supply source for replacement plastic bags, used on canister dust collectors?
I generally find that I have to replace after the second cleaning and paying $5.00 for a plastic bag from the collector supplier, goes a bit against my constitution…

Thanks Kent,
I just payd $20 for four, could of gotten 10 from Pen State foir less. Next time.....
Buy garbage bags at the grocery store or builders store. They're more like 10 or 20 cents each.
As long as they're thick enough. Just got my canister DC and started using it. Stuff swirls around, cyclone-like, in the bag so you want a thickness that'll not tear if a large sliver's slashing around. Yep,
A normal garbage bag won't make it.
The bags that came with my machine wear through, getting pin holes shortly after putting them back the third time.
The pen state link looks promising.
Just use two layers of normal trash bag. There will be a little air caught between them so you can see they are both intact. If the gap disappears, that means one of them has a hole, and you can replace it/them before the other also gets a hole.
