Cannot access site with paid membership
Even though I have a fully paid membership I am only able to look at the first 30 pages or so of any back issue. I’ve sent three inquires to FWW. No responses after almost a month. Is FFW experiencing technical difficulties?

I was struggling with an issue and sent 2 emails inquiring with no response. I called and had my issues dealt with by a very helpful person. Skip the email is my message.
I had this happen to me. It turned out I wasn't logged in. You might want to check that. If you are logged in, try logging out and back in again.
I'll confirm, Do not think it's just something special for you, it's endemic to every website and online experience of this group.
Spent $99 for full access for Fine Woodworking, Fine Homebuilding and Fine Gardening for my wife in 2022. And, while the magazines showed up, never got access to the online materials. Constantly dogged online to "Join" and logging in didn't change a thing, Fully paid and yet no access or limited access, or some version of that, and never could get it worked out.
So, emailed repeatedly, in fact, even through the change of support companies in 2022, so several emails to both support teams and ....nothing.
Not even a confirmation of receiving the emails, let alone an actual response from Support, ever.
I'm currently on the site trying to work it out, ....once again. But, still having issues with each website, logging in, navigating between each, getting each account updated, trying to find the status of my account on each. Am I still subscribed to each Magazine? Will each subscription auto-renew? Do I or do I not have full access? What is Full Access? is it Magazine Subscription and Digital-Online access? If I do have "Full Access" why am I still bombarded to "Join", "Upgrade", "Get Full Access", etc... and on and on. What the ....?
I know budgets are tight but there really is no excuse in 2022-2023 to not be able to hire the skills that can select, manage and deliver a website, billing, subscription and support experience for Customers that is at least within the last decades advances. The experience of the websites is so far behind for a digital, online experience of the 2020s.
Taunton is one of literally hundreds of organizations that have multiple properties online, every one of which, besides Taunton, does a fine job of it and the very great majority provide an excellent experience. So, what's the excuse?
I'm having the same issue. I'm logged in, but it doesn't recognize I started my membership. I filled out the membership sign-up form twice, but no difference. Bummer because customer service is closed until Monday and I signed up so I could read some articles over the weekend :\
I’m having the same issue! I signed up on 10/23/2023 and immediately confirmed my email address and activated my membership. However, I am on here right now and every time I try to read something it tells me I no longer have any free articles and that I need to start my free trial, and when I click on it, it brings me back to the sign-up page (where it expects me to pay again for a membership). I have logged out and back in again. I confirmed I’m logged in now. I even changed my password because I realized that the one I used when signing up didn’t match the format required by the website. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Click on "Account" on the top right of the page. You should be able to see your account status with your logged in account. Sometimes people have two emails tied to their account and they're not logged into the right account. I think I have five logins on this site... so it happens to all of us.
If that's not working, you're going to need to reach out to customer service.
