Matt,
John White suggested me posting to you the fact that I cannot attach pictures. I’m using Windows 2K Pro and I have posted pictures in the past. I disabled my popup blocker. It could be that I have to reboot and try again. I

Hi Buzzsaw,
I first suspected that the problem might have to do with your operating system. Windows XP has built-in pop-up blocker and the only solution to open a pop-up is to hold down the control key when you click on the link. But if you're running Win 2K I'm not sure what the problem is. Can you be more detailed in what part of the process you are getting stuck?
Thanks, Matt
I click on Attach Files and the window that usually comes up doesn't to browse to the picture and attach it. Nothing happens when I click on Attach Files.Regards,

Hi Buzzsaw,
I posted a response to Matt B. (attaching files) in Ask The Experts that you might want to check out.
Anyway, is it possible that Javascript is disabled in your browser. The popup window that appears when you select Attach Files is a Javascript and must be enabled in your browser in order to see the Attach Files window/popup.
My version (IE - Internet Explorer version 5.50) has the setting in the Security tab within Internet Options. To get there, you click on Tools, then Internet Options, then the Security tab. You may have to select the Custom button to get to the Java settings depending on your version of IE.

Me again,
If you "hover" your mouse pointer over the Attach Files button, what do you see on the status bar in the lower left corner of your browser?
