cant get parrallel cuts on table saw
I have a General 50-200r tablesaw – with a General T-Fence – I set the mitre slot to the blade and the fence to the mitre slot weithin .002in. if I cut 20 ” wide piece it is not parrellel .
the fence is set to the left mitre slot dead on but when I move to 10 inches or more past the blade and measure back to the slot it is off by at least 1/16th at the back of the saw, can’t get any panels square

Try separating the operations
I'd try adjusting the fence to the blade, not to the miter slot. Use a long straight edge against the blade to check the measurement at the rear of the fence. That will be more accurate than measuring from the back of the blade.
After having done that, move the fence to another location on the rail, and measure again. It could be that your rail is out of whack, or needs to be cleaned.

Check cabinet to top alignment
I had a similar problem with my General International 3 hp saw. The top had moved relative to the base and since the motor/belts/blade are all attached to the base and the top is independent then the blade was slightly out of alignment with the miter slide groove. Carefully measure the miter slide groove distance from the blade at the front and rear of the blade. The top is attached with bolts through the base and into the top casting. My top moved beacause I had been "horsing" the saw around the shop by grabbing the table extension. I was not only getting non parallel cuts, but also poor miter cuts.
