   Same problem, what gives

   I've been a member for years, though I have cut down my participation a lot due in part to how stupidly this site is managed.  Now I can't post because I might be a source of spam.  REALLY!  Do you guys want participation or not.  Fix this please.

   I am having the same problem...I have staining issues...and I can not post anything, says it is spam???

   Bypass "surgery"

   Contact Gina Eide (user geide) to get put on the list of users who bypass the CAPTCHA spam filter.

   If you are not being automatically logged off every 24 hours (as I am), you may also need to do so yourself, and/or clear the cookies for the site.

   contacting members

   The forum software provides a mechanism for sending messages to other members. You can accomplish this in a couple of ways. You can look up the user via the "Members" link in the upper-left menu, or by clicking on that person's name in one of their posts. Either method will get you to the user's profile. At the bottom of the profile display, there is a link to send them a message.

   I also have this problem. What gives. This is not good for member participation. How do you contact Gina? Will that message be spam?
