I am looking for information or pics anyone has.
I’ve found a couple examples, right now the consideration is clamping. I’m not sure what to do.

What comes to mind, you probably have already seen: A bench top bench to bring the work closer to eye level (if you like standing when carving), hold fasts in combination with battens and wedges, bench pups, making some kind of adjustible frame fastened to the bench, angling system like a drafters desk if you like to carve sitting down. What kind of shape are you carving? Round? Flat and rectilinear? Hand screws, I've read, can be adapted to hold many different shapes and can be used in combination with cam clamps to hold irregular shapes. Did you see the video of all the work holding vises Michael Fortune has? https://www.finewoodworking.com/2021/02/23/michael-fortunes-unconventional-vises
I'm interested in other ideas like you are.
