I’m new to Central NJ and am looking for a some suggestions for a sawmill that caters to a non-professional. Eastern PA (Bucks county etc.) will be accessible as well. Any Ideas?
Thanks

I live in Bucks County Pa, and there's a really great one in Hamilton NJ about 10 minutes from the Rt 1 Trenton bridge. It's called Willard's at 609- 890- 1990. They have a great selection of native hardwoods and exotics as well.
Then there's one up in Plumsteadville called Heacock's 215-766-8831, then one right around the corner from me in Yardley, Quinn M W Hardwoods & Lumber & Sawmill 215-493-6252.
Haven't tried the last two but I can really recommend Willard's
Hi Mike,
Ex-Central NJ'ite here. It's a drive but you have to visit Hearne Hardwoods in Oxford Pa or Groff & Groff in Quarryville PA, really worth the trip.
Just me, but I never though too much of Willard Brothers
Best of luck
Hi Mike.
I live in Monmouth County. There is a mill in Allentown, right off 195, called Riephoff Sawmill that will cater to woodworkers, 609 259-7265. The owner John suggested to come in on Saturdays. Also in Old Bridge is a place called Monteath Moulding, 732 727-4000, they have a pretty good selection of hardwoods. They are on Bordentown Avenue. If you want to buy lumber from a guy with a wood mizer call Bill at Logs to Lumber 609 395-1215.
Good luck,
Wolfman
