I'm not that good but . . .
I have heard it said here that if one is a real woodworker ( not a whining shiny tool buying prissy little "I need my sharpening stones flat and thick plane blades to do decent work"; time wasting on sharpening; sort of woodworker ) that a real woodworker can walk into someone else's shop and use the junky dime store tools to make anything on the build list.
Sooooo . . . oooooo . . .
it should follow that a real woodworker should be able to reproduce Hepplewhite with a chain saw.
or . . .
maybe I misunderstood.
Well I'm off to look at the chainsaws. I don't have one of those right now. Wonder if they have laser guides ? I simply must have one with the hand forged chain bar. I hope the ones by Imie Hackaroonie are still available. He is getting up there in years and could retire at any time.
