I watched your recent vid on champhering the round table bottom and wondered why you dont just run a bearing guided champhering bit from a handheld router? Is there a reason or is it just a personal preference?

It's just a personal preference. The table tops were light enough that I thought they might move around under a hand held router. Certainly the smaller one would have. Plus on the router table I can get some dust collection through the port in my fence. Gary
