A friend just gave me a 5hp 3 phase motor I was thinking of using it on my contractor table saw I don’t think the rear position frame is strong enough to hold it’s weight . Should I build heavier frame or can I put it down under like a cabinet saw. Any ideas ?

hmmm....
I wouldn't want to try this except maybe as a science experiment, or desperation.
A couple quick flags pop up, one is the arbor assembly on the contractor saw is designed for way less torque than 5hp.
The arbor is the heart of your saw and if it vibrates or wobbles you won't get a good cut. Most 3hp. cabinet saws have 2-3 drive belts.
If you decide to do it, building a mount that would hold the weight would not be a huge problem, you would want it as close to the arbor as possible to minimize belt vibration.
The weight of a 5 HP motor far exceeds the capacity of a contractor saw. The design of a contractor saw has the full weight of the motor being supported by the table top. The weight of the motor will warp or bend the table top..A contractor saw is just not designed to support a 5 HP motor.
In addition, to use a 3 phase motor you will need a converter and other electrical alterations.
