You can buy lumber a lot cheaper that large shade trees. Well of course unless you have to pay for your water. I guess I'm lucky since my water is FREE!!
at least your lumber is dry!!!
I'm here in St. Louis and we finally got some rain the past few days courtesy of Dennis. It's been real dry here for some time.

At least we know the whereabouts of Ronnie Woo-Woo...apparently everybody EXCEPT his wife has seen him in the last three weeks.
Downstate, the crops are not lookin' good. Corn is rated poor or worst for roughly 50% of the state's crops, though one friend told me, "I just won't make as much this year as I did last year." When did farming become such a lucrative undertaking that yields didn't matter as long as you harvested something?
