Probably it’s Christmas time for me, I just ordered a General 490 Bandsaw with Carter guides and 1 HP Baldor, from my local dealer, it’s my first day of holiday, what can I ask more! I’ll give you some report of the saw in a few days, my wife said to me yesterday: “Hé Pierre, it’s probably your last purchase for your shop”, hmmm…, a General Drill press would be welcome for the next year!!!

Congratulations Peter, looking forward to your comments on the band saw. It's nice to see that while your excited about the band saw, you immediately think about your wife and how you can surprise her next year....and they say were not thoughtful..
Hi BG, I got my saw yesterday, I like this GREEN color, I'll set up the machine today, I promised to my wife to go fishing on monday, it's sure we'll be there!!!
