I see no posters.. I'd say whatever gives you a good radius..
Any stick with a pin in the center attached to the router will do!
Only problem is you have to attach something in the center that makes a hole!

There was an article in FWW 177 June 2005 by Yeung Chan that had a pretty slick circle jig.

After years of struggling along with my shop built jig, I finally broke down and bought a "Lewin router compass" from Woodworker's Supply. What a difference! Easy to adjust and accurate.

"Router Magic" by Bill Hylton has plans for an excellent jig. I built it several years ago and cut precise circles and arcs ranging from a couple of inches to several feet on a regular basis.
