I’m curious to find out some of the different methods that people are using to clamp cabinet doors as they are assembled. I have done a cursory look into some of the frame clamps that are made but I can’t justify the expense or floor space at this point for the pneumatic and hydraulic models that are available. I am new here and have spent some time going through the archives but I didn’t see anything that discussed this question. If I have missed something please let me know.

I used/ use the Lee Valley panel clamps with great satisfaction, see the panel thread, not very expensive, and very versital, and do the job well. Check them out at Lee Valley.

Yes Pedro I am familiar with the Lee Valley jigs. I guess what I am thinking is that the one man cabinet shops must come up with a way of expediting the assembly cabinet doors that keeps them square and accommodates any size door (within reason) to be assembled. I’m sure there must be many ways of skinning this cat and I’m curious to see how others are doing it. ThanksJ
J,
I do custom cabinetry for a living. When making doors I use the Jorgensen steel bar clamps. They provide plenty of clamping force ( not much is required ), are light weight, and relatively inexpensive. Make sure your cope cuts are good and square and as you assemble the door it will square itself. But , of course, check the diagonal too. Then set aside. Low tech but works for me. I have a mix of the 18" and the 24" size.

Paul,That's the way that I do it as well. I maybe just do too much thinking while I'm working and wonder if there isn't a better or easier way. The big frame clamps that hammer1 linked to have sort of been the spring board for my musings. I'm trying not to fix what ain't broke though.
Would a clamp carrier work for you? There are different types of manual ones that work well for panels and coped door assembles. Here's a link to one type, you never know what you might find used, too.
