Can any of you PM66 table saw users describe how you clean the screws or otherwise? My bevel and elevation controls are getting dificult to operate. I have had the motor cover and blade cover off and can’t even see the mechanisms much less than clean them.

Get serious
You will have to get serious about this. Vac and blow out the cabinet a few times to get as much loose dust as possible out of the mechanism, not for the functioning of the machine but to limit the dust dropping in your eyes when you stick your head inside the machine and look upward.
Once you have the machine dusted out get a good drop light and put your head inside of the machine and start cranking the elevation and tilt controls while watching what moves and where the control shafts go through the castings. Anywhere that one piece of metal moves against another the parts should be cleaned off as much as possible and hit with some kind of lubricant.
When all else fails squirt hard to reach parts with some spray lube, it won't last long but it will free things up and tell you that you located the source of the binding.
